The practice is frequently asked by clients to undertake a feasibility study at the start of a project. We then consider the client's initial brief and then prepare a range of rapid design solutions for the client to see the possible options for their project. The study can be developed to include a cost appraisal, provided by an independent Quantity Surveyor which will enable the client to consider the financial implications of the various options. We often provide sketches of our proposals as well as plans so that the schemes can be easily understood by everyone, even if they are unfamiliar with technical drawings.
