CONDITION SURVEYS

A condition survey may be carried out for a number of reasons – to inform the viability of a development; as a starting point for a scheme of repairs or as a regular review of the condition of built assets. Our experience in the care of historic buildings of all periods informs our ability to carry out condition surveys of buildings and other structures, large and small.

Examples of sites at which we have carried out condition surveys include Tilbury Cruise Terminal, roofs at the V&A Museum, the Newark Works at Bath for Penoyre and Prasad and buildings for the Landmark Trust.
