WESTMINSTER CATHEDRAL

LONDON

Westminster Cathedral is the primary church of the Roman Catholic community in England and Wales and one of the most significant ecclesiastical buildings constructed in Britain since the late nineteenth century. Built between 1895 and 1903 to the designs of John Francis Bentley, the Cathedral is internationally recognised for its highly original interpretation of Early Christian and Byzantine architectural traditions, its innovative structural brickwork, and its evolving programme of artistic enrichment.

As Surveyor to the Fabric , Suzi Pendlebury of Thomas Ford & Partners Ltd advises on the long-term care, repair and conservation of this complex and nationally significant building.
